Hey, I've seen people doing it before... Like people who wire neons off their amp directly =/ Then again you see people doing really odd things to their cars...
Ahaha, yeah.. Magna in Initial D... keep dreaming eh?
hahaha naa i dont think i would want to see a magna in initial D
hahaha people can be so dodgy some times , not only did they wire the neons from the amp they probably mounted them under the car with 2 way tape
... yeah, I know someone who dragged their underbodies 30m because they came loose...

Lol... Nothing personal against hachiroku's, but my initial reaction was like most people; "86?! Get real! Pfft!" Then I saw Initial D and heard about things going on elsewhere with them... I wouldn't mind owning one myself.. I figure that's how most people see Magnas... They look at them and think, "Pfft.. Family car.. 'sif that would ever go anywhere" ... If an AE86 can come out of nowhere and create such a name for itself from nothing, then so can the Magna... About time someone started viewing Magnas as something more than just a family car.
I dont know if you know this but many people think that it was Initial D MADE the hachiroku so popular , but in actual fact the hachiroku was A great sporting car they where extremly popular and there was alot of aftermarket performance companys making parts for them. People that like hachiroku's just for initial D generally dont give a shit about the car for what it isOriginally Posted by Night
, it today still remains one of the most done up 80's cars in Japan and i can see why , i love my hachiroku even with the 4ac engine its still got guts ( it can beat a lancer Glxi , well i have beaten one ) that's not bad for a 8 valve single carb 20 year old engine. Once i do it up its gonna be a Tidy car ... I hope.
Dont Trash the Hachiroku man , people have there own choices and tastes i dont even trash falcodoors even though i hate them.
I'd go out and buy an 86 if I could, but cash is anything but available...trashing the 86 is the last thing I'd do

How much are 86s anyway these days..?
depends on if there stock , what sort of condition there in all sorts of stuff. for a stock one that is in decent condition perhaps anywhere from $1500 to $5000
$1500!?
Hmmm... guess you'd be spending quite a bit on modification though? With that price, maybe it's something worth looking into... I thought it would have been a heck of a lot more expensive..
